چکیده
ABSTRACT Background: Traumatized non-vital permanent teeth with incomplete root formation and divergent apices present particular challenges to clinicians during management traditional approaches. Objectives: This report described the outcomes of pulp revascularization three traumatized immature necrotic using platelet-rich fibrin scaffold combined induced blood clot. Materials Methods: Three patients (two boys aged 8 11 years one girl 13 years) were presented maxillary incisors pulps. Access cavities prepared canals gently irrigated 1.5% sodium hypochlorite (20 mL/ 5 min). Calcium hydroxide paste was applied mm short apex temporized intermediate restorative material. At following appointment after two weeks, treated by protocol Platelet rich clot cases clinically radiographically followed up eighteen months. Results: The asymptomatic at all follow-up periods. Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) images revealed evidence maturation healing periapical lesions. Calcific intra-canal deposits noted middle apical thirds canals. Conclusions: Pulp procedure showed elongation, increased dentin thickness resolution

Revascularization in Immature Permanent Teeth with Necrotic Pulp and Apical Pathology: Case Series
INTRODUCTION To present and discuss the results of five clinical cases treated using the revascularization protocol, showing clinical and radiographic monitoring. Necrotic immature teeth with periapical pathology present a challenge to dentists because the techniques used in apexification leave the tooth susceptible to fracture, since the root does not continue to grow in length and the canal w...
متن کاملRevascularization Treatment of Immature Permanent Tooth with Necrotic Pulp: A Case Report
Introduction: Revascularization is the newest treatment proposed for an immature permanent tooth with necrotic pulp. Revascularization is defined as a treatment process with a biological base which is aimed at replacing the lost structures and the continued development of roots. Case presentation: Patient was an eight-year-old child with the history of trauma to the maxillary anterior region. ...
متن کاملPlatelet-Rich Fibrin to Induce Apical Closure in an Immature Multi-Rooted Permanent Tooth with Necrotic Pulp: A Case Report
Regenerative endodontic procedures are the emerging techniques for the restoration of functional pulp and dentine. The case report presented here describes the management of a symptomatic mandibular first molar with an immature apex and necrotic pulp in a 9 year old child. The tooth was tender on percussion and palpation and elicited a negative response to sensibility testing. A regenerative en...
متن کاملPulp revascularization of a necrotic infected immature permanent tooth: case report and review of the literature.
The purpose of this report was to present the case of a patient wherein revascularization of the necrotic infected pulp space of an immature permanent maxillary central incisor tooth was induced in vivo by stimulation of a blood clot from the periapical tissues into the canal space. This was achieved after disinfection of the canal space with a topical antibiotic paste followed by a blood clot ...
متن کاملREVASCULARIZATION OF AN IMMATURE MAXILLARY FIRST PREMOLAR WITH NECROTIC TISSUE: A CASE REPOR
Objectives The purpose of this study was to present a case of regenerative endodontic procedure. Case The maxillary 1st premolar of a 9-year-old patient was diagnosed as necrotic. Since the tooth was immature, we decided to treat this tooth with regenerative endodontic procedure. After disinfection of the canal, bleeding was induced by lacerating the peri-apical tissues ...
